Further, during the first year of the fourth phase, the Program will concretize and package program evidence for policy, process improvement as well as promote scalability. Emerging and prioritized cross cutting issues, such as health-climate integrated and gender mainstreaming interventions will also be part of the program scope during the year one of implementation.
