The Board of Trustees and Management of the Benjamin William Mkapa Foundation (BMF) is pleased to announce that, His Excellency Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, President of Zanzibar and Chairman  of the Revolutionary  Council has graciously  accepted to assume the role of the Settlor of the  Benjamin William Mkapa Foundation, effective from 14^th December,2021. President Dr. Mwinyi is becoming the second Settlor succeeding the Former President of the United Republic of Tanzania, the Founder and Founding Settlor of BMF, His Excellency Late Benjamin William Mkapa, who passed away on 23^rd July, 2020
