1. Program Manager – Health Workforce (1 position)
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam
Lead BMF's Health Workforce Portfolio, providing strategic and technical leadership in health systems strengthening, stakeholder engagement, program growth, and resource mobilization.

2. Senior Program Officer – Health Workforce & MNCH Systems Strengthening (1 position)
Duty Station: Zanzibar
Serve as a technical advisor to the Ministry of Health Zanzibar, supporting workforce development, leadership strengthening, and maternal, newborn, and child health systems.

3. Program Officer – Health Workforce (1 position)
Duty Station: Mwanza
Support implementation of health workforce strengthening initiatives across the Lake Zone, working closely with government authorities, health facilities, and partners.

4. Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (2 Positions)
Duty Stations: Dar es Salaam and Mwanza
Support Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) systems for the Nurturing Care for Early Childhood Development Programme, ensuring high-quality data, reporting, and learning.

5. Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (1 position)
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam
Provide executive, governance, and administrative support to the CEO, including coordination of Board affairs, stakeholder engagement, executive communications, and strategic initiatives.

6. Procurement Officer (1 position)
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam
Manage procurement and contract management functions to ensure efficient, transparent, and compliant acquisition of goods and services while supporting digital procurement processes.
